These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aaaph ("aaaph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the aaaph online gaming platform accessible at aaaph.one (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on aaaph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

aaaph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

To access the full features of the aaaph Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on aaaph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. aaaph will never request your password through any communication channel.
• You must notify aaaph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• aaaph reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

Account information may be updated by contacting aaaph customer support. Certain changes, such as name corrections, may require supporting documentation.

aaaph accepts deposits exclusively through the following approved payment methods, all processed in Philippine Peso (₱):

• GCash e-wallet
• PayMaya / Maya e-wallet
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card (Visa/Mastercard debit, not credit)

All deposits are subject to a minimum amount of ₱10. Deposits are generally credited to your aaaph account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. aaaph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used. aaaph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit and to request supporting documentation where required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

Withdrawal requests on aaaph are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit by the same account holder, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. This includes identity verification and, where applicable, source-of-funds documentation.
• Any active bonus funds or wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
• aaaph reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct additional verification checks on large withdrawal requests.

aaaph reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or pending investigation.

From time to time, aaaph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, multi-accounting, or collusion will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• aaaph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• aaaph reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its sole discretion.

All games available on the aaaph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

aaaph is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All games are supplied by licensed and audited game providers. Random number generators (RNGs) used in applicable games are independently tested to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.

• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on the aaaph server, the server record shall prevail.
• aaaph reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, error, or irregularity has occurred that may have affected the integrity of the outcome.
• Bets placed after the official close of a market or event will be voided and stakes returned.
• aaaph does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game and reserves the right to remove or modify games at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aaaph Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the aaaph Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward aaaph staff or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

aaaph employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with relevant Philippine authorities, including PAGCOR, in investigating and reporting suspected illegal activity.

aaaph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their aaaph account at any time.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting aaaph support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

The aaaph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of aaaph. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aaaph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or Platform unavailability.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

aaaph makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit aaaph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by aaaph is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

aaaph collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

aaaph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the aaaph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and aaaph, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. aaaph is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
